
Meet Coach Lindsey gettinger
Lindsey draws her approach from a background of teaching, coaching, and leading in higher education with an emphasis on the science behind moving the body in intentional ways to achieve overall health and wellness. Lindsey earned her Masters of Science in Physical Activity and Public Health and her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Personal Trainer, and Yoga Instructor.
Her professional background includes, holding the position of Fitness Director at Boston University for 7 years, overseeing the employee wellness program and engaging underserved community populations in physical activity and wellness programs. She enjoys distance running and has completed 8 marathons. Lindsey has two young children, enjoys spending time with family and being active outdoors.
