EMPOWERED
Empowered is a women's only (~55+) strength & mobility program that runs in 6-9 week blocks that we call phases.
The workout sessions are designed to combine strength training & joint-specific strength training, specifically FRC (Functional Range Conditioning) mobility work, to help you move better, feel better, get stronger & continue (or get back to) the things you love to do.
The workouts are structured to meet the needs of each unique individual, increasing/decreasing/changing the challenge as necessary. We will work to address orthopedic or physical limitations you may have.
The Empowered group coaching program for women 55+ maintains a 100% retention rate. We don't lose members - we grow together. A few times a year, when the group reaches the right point of progression, we open limited spots to welcome new women into our strong, supportive community.
