LIFT.

Simply put, LIFT. is a commitment-based, women’s-only group coaching program designed specifically for those who want more than just a great workout. 

 

Though the intention is a long term commitment to produce real, lasting results, LIFT. sessions are broken into 6-8 week intense blocks or “phases” with the participants committed to attending sessions 2-3x/week consistently.

The Details.

LIFT is broken down into 6-8 week intensive blocks.

There are 3 separate workouts offered each phase

LIFT is for women only (18+)

These sessions are not open to the public or drop-ins

You will commit to 2-3 sessions/week.

 

We understand "life" will undoubtedly come up, but it's important you can be here regularly in order to gain the most out of your coaching experience.

SPACE IS FIRST COME

FIRST SERVE

You do not need to choose the same time slot for each day or even each week, but you must pick your initial time slots. Once enrolled in LIFT you will have the ability to reschedule your session times in the case of schedule conflicts

We track the finite details to guarantee your progress. 

Weights, reps, sets amongst other variables

You receive all the workouts via a google spreadsheet

 

This is for you to keep indefinitely so you can complete your program regardless of travel or other schedule conflicts

you will receive complimentary pin code access to the facility (24/7)

If you are unable to attend a coaching session but would still like to get your workout in

No year-long contracts required.

To produce real results, plan to be here long term but you're only required to commit to a 6-8 week block at a time. 

After each 6-8 week intensive block, there is an "off" week

 

Limited or no coaching hours to give your body & mind a break before diving into the next program. These are typically planned around the holidays.

All new clients to LIFT will enter into LIFT via an onboarding package.

Onboarding.

All onboarding packages include: one full phase of LIFT (all your group LIFT sessions are covered for the full 6-8 week block), one-on-one private coaching, complimentary 24/7 access to our private coaching facility ($25/mo. after onboarding; memberships not offered to the general public), nutritional guidance, 2 complimentary body composition scans, AND 50% off all studio classes (excludes special events & beginner heels). 

There are 3 onboarding packages to choose from. The only difference is the amount of 1-1 coaching you receive. Which package is appropriate for you is determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to level of experience, personal goals, scheduling availability & budget

Payment plans are available for all packages; the first ⅓ of your package is due as a nonrefundable deposit. The remaining balance will be set up on an automatic EFT.

This is the current schedule for LIFT.  

If you are already enrolled, you can book your next group session through Vagaro.

Please remember there are no drop ins for LIFT.

Begin the Onboarding Process

The next step is to schedule your Initial Onboarding Call. 

This is your chance to (virtually) meet face to face with your new coach, answer any additional questions you may have & begin the onboarding process! This call will take 20-30 minutes and will need to be relatively free of distractions.
