Private coaching

Whether private coaching is the best/only option for you or you add it to enhance your training as a group coaching member,

there are many cases where a 1-1 setting is ideal. No matter how incredible, fun, logical, systematic &

methodical a group coaching program can be, nothing can truly take the place of coaching in a 1-1 setting.

Nutrition
Coaching

Only offered to current clients at this time. We offer 30 min. and 1 hr nutritional coaching by our Precision Nutrition Certified Coach, Bethany MacIntosh

"Traditional" Personal Training

Though our coaching approach is actually quite far from traditional (though we hope to see the industry standard continue to improve in the years to come), we mean "traditional" in the sense that you meet with your coach 1-1 at a pre-determined frequency (typically 1x-3x/week, depending on a variety of factors)

Functional Range Conditioning

Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) is a highly individualized, systematic approach to optimize & improve your joint health, physical performance, training & quality of life.  FRC is performed in a one on one setting with a highly trained, qualified professional to assess and address the unique needs of your specific body and demands. The application of the Functional Range System improves articular mobility, overall strength/resilience, and neurological control. FRC is used not only for performance enhancement but also for injury rehabilitation and mitigation.  Because FRC is highly specific to the needs of the individual, it is appropriate for virtually everyone - professional athletes, police/military, soccer moms, the elderly, even those with artificial joints. FRC is the ONLY systematic approach tailored with laser precision to address the highly specific needs of the individual.

The independent
route

This is how we offer custom programs. Pre-qualification required.  ​Programs can be written for you to perform at our coaching facility, another fully equipped gym, at home or a combination & for a wide variety of goals - performance related, mobility/joint specific, sport specific, body recomposition goals & more. The parameters specific to your program will be discussed during your Discovery Call and private sessions.  ​ With this option, you initially meet with a coach so the can assess, teach & ultimately ensure you meet the necessary qualifications, but the goal is to get you onto an independent program as soon as you are ready.  The # & frequency of initial sessions necessary to ensure you are qualified varies greatly depending on the athlete's current fitness proficiency & goals, among several other variables. This will be discussed & all factors taken into account but ultimately agreed upon by you & your coach to make sure expectations are being met on both ends. Independent clients still meet with their coach every so often to allow for program adjustments, exercise review, fine tuning technique, answer questions, progress the programming or sometimes the necessary good ol' fashion ass kicking. Again, the frequency you continue to meet with your coach will vary but expect roughly 1x/month.
