Custom Programs
A minimum of 3 coaching hours is the requirement in order to build a custom program. There are plenty of solid, free, cookie cutter/generic programs available online. Those looking for a custom program recognize that no coach can successfully write you a 100% personalized program without working with you first.
Because I want you to get the most out of your programming, I choose not to charge for my programming beyond your 1-1 sessions. I feel very strongly that you're far better off to invest your money (& time) working with me rather than simply pay me to write a program blindly/without knowing your body & parameters.
Programs can be written for you to perform at our coaching facility (details below), another fully equipped gym, at home or a combination though you will get the most out of your programming with access to a variety of equipment. The parameters specific to your program will be discussed during your Discovery Call and/or private sessions.
Sessions are offered in 1, 1.5, 2 & 3 hour blocks. We cover virtually EVERYTHING in our private coaching - from nutrition to strength training, exercise technique, modifications/linearization and/or Functional Range Conditioning (FRC - aka mobility/joint specific training). If you're unable to meet with a coach regularly, booking somewhere between a 90 min - 3 hour block will absolutely be your best investment & use of our time together.
Private sessions are $125/hour.
Most clients start with a package of 10 sessions to guarantee they follow through with their commitment while giving themselves enough time to learn skills necessary to attain new goals.
Paying per session "a la carte" style is always an option, but to get you started it will take a handful of sessions to truly learn your body, your strengths, identify your limitations AND teach you how to address these things.
While stretching your sessions further apart to make your package "last longer" may seem like a good idea, the most successful clients "front load' their training (AKA do a little more upfront & then taper off so you get the most out of your coaching time & programming that follows). The further spread out your initial 1-1 sessions, the more time we must dedicate to reviewing things rather than allowing us to build onto the skills & knowledge we've already covered.
While every client has different needs/goals/level of experience/lifestyle/schedule & budget, typically if we start with 10 sessions and meet ~2x/week for the first 3 weeks (6 sessions) we can reduce down to 1x/week or even every other week for the remaining 4 sessions. Doing it this way, we will have covered enough details within your first 3 weeks to enable you to continue practicing this work more independently, though some clients prefer the accountability & consistency that comes with weekly scheduled sessions.


Active 1-1 clients are eligible for 24/7 pincode access to our private coaching facility for $25/month. This membership feature is not offered to the general public as this is a private coaching facility, not a traditional gym. In order to be considered "active" a minimum of one 60 minute session/month is required.
If you are solely interested in a custom program to perform independently and live far enough that you cannot return for follow up sessions, you will need to schedule a Discovery Call where we review your goals, health/injury history, & program parameters followed by a 3 hour session block. While I do offer these services virtually, it is strongly advised to make the extra effort to attend in person sessions as you cannot possibly yield the same results virtually as you can in a hands-on session.
