Both require an onboarding process.

LIFT.
Simply put, LIFT. is a commitment-based, women’s-only group coaching program designed specifically for those who want more than just a great workout.
Though the intention is a long term commitment to produce real, lasting results, LIFT. sessions are broken into 6-8 week intense blocks or “phases” with the participants committed to attending sessions 2-3x/week consistently.
Empowered.
Empowered is a women's only (roughly 55+) strength & mobility program that runs in 6-8 week blocks AKA "phases".
I design these workout sessions to combine strength training & joint specific strength training (specifically FRC mobility work) to help you move better, feel better, get stronger & continue (or get back to) the things you love to do.
I adjust the workouts to meet the needs of each unique individual, increasing/decreasing/changing the challenge as necessary
